Scoglitti Restaurant has been on the cards for a visit since it opened some three years ago. Situated in Boat Street, Valletta, underneath the bastions on the Marsamxett Harbour side, and directly facing Sliema across the harbour. Easy to be reached by ferry from Sliema as it stops directly alongside the restaurant a few metres away, as well as by car through Great Siege Road, Floriana or Marsamxett Road, Valletta.
The restaurant is primarily a fresh fish and seafood establishment being owned by entrepreneurs in the fishing and fish trade, therefore fresh fish and seafood are never short or missing. It has been long in coming, but now that Capo Crudo Restaurant in Boat Street, Valletta, has been officially launched about a week ago, it has taken Valletta’s fine dining scene by storm. Fully booked day-in day out, in the few days that it has been operating, this restaurant has already attracted the attention of a large number of fine dining clientele. Operated on the ground by Chef-Director Marvin Schembri and director Keith Seychell the place is bound to be a success throughout.
