WRMC Awards Mission Statement

The mission of the WRMC Awards is to recognize exceptional talent and achievement in the culinary arts, hospitality, and broader food system, as well as a demonstrated commitment to consistency, sustainability, and a culture where all can succeed.

The WRMC is a non-profit organization with a mission to elevate the people behind Malta’s food culture and promote a standard of good food sustained by talent and equity.

Criteria.

Restaurants listed in this guide have been assessed and reviewed by the WRMC  Profesional reviewers and assessors on more than one occassion to come to a final decison, if any, on what award or category each restaurant falls under.

Silver Spoon Awards:

The Two Silver Spoon Award:

This Highly Prestigious Award is conferred for Consistently Excellent Cuisine Quality, Plate Preparation and Presentations, Value, World Class Service, management and Ambience.

This award is conferred for consistently outstanding cuisine quality, preparation and presentation, service and management over a number of years not less than two years, or as decided by the Directors for superlative cuisine and service.
